Liability for contents

The contents of our sites were created with greatest care. However, we cannot assume any warranty for the accuracy, completeness and actuality of the contents. Pursuant to Section 7 Para. 1 German Telemedia Act [Telemediengesetz - TMG] we are as a service provider responsible for own contents on these sites according to the general laws. Service providers are, however, not obligated to monitor the third party information transmitted or stored by them or to research for circumstances, which indicate an unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to the general laws shall remain unaffected hereby. A liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the time of the knowledge of a specific infringement of rights. If corresponding infringements of rights become known we will remove these contents immediately.

Insofar as personal data are collected on our sites (for example name, address or email addresses) this shall as far as possible always be carried out on a voluntary basis.
